Paul Maiste, CEO & President
Paul has 25 years’ experience providing business intelligence, analytics, and consulting services. This includes nearly seven years at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) where he led the firm’s CRM-focused analytics and data mining practice. He brings a unique blend of advanced technical expertise and business insight and has been a frequent invited speaker at conferences and symposiums. In addition, he is a seasoned teacher, having taught in the Department of Applied Math and Statistics at The Johns Hopkins University for over six years, and has instructed numerous corporate training courses in his career.
Paul holds a BS degree in Mathematics from Loyola College in MD and a Ph.D. in Statistics from North Carolina State University.
Gary Robinson, COO
A marketing analytics thought leader with extensive technical, business, strategic, analytic and marketing skills acquired over 25 years working on the client side (SVP Bank of America), the agency side (VP Merkle) and the marketing technology side (Lityx) across diverse industries including Telecom, Pharma, Retail, Financial Services, Insurance and Health Care. Highly analytical, creative and insightful blending both quantitative and qualitative perspectives. M.S. in Statistics and a B.S. in Psychology. Veteran USAF.
Simon Poole, VP Analytic Services
Simon has over 20 years of experience successfully building and managing Marketing Analytics and CPG Analytics teams. He started his career as a statistician in the Credit and Risk department at HSBC in the UK. After moving to the US in 1995, he spent 10 years at IRI where he was responsible for managing the deployment of consumer packaged goods processing, reporting and analytic capabilities in Greece, Poland, Venezuela and Cyprus. He was also practice leader at Allant for 10 years, delivering analytics and strategy to the cable, telco, retail, energy, healthcare, insurance and financial service industries.
Simon graduated from Sheffield University in the UK with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics/Economics and a Master of Science in Statistics.
Art Warren, Director of Sales
Art has 20 years’ experience in direct sales and sales management for analytic software companies, including four years at SAS. Art has worked directly with clients and business partners and has led regional and national sales teams. He has worked with all sizes of companies, from Fortune 500 to start-ups, and with federal, state, and local governments, and DoD accounts as they discovered and deployed analytic solutions to increase revenue and profit, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and deliver better results to their constituents. He has always focused on assisting clients to achieve their goals, and has found that an iterative approach produces the best results.
Art holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from California Lutheran University and spent six years in law enforcement prior to moving into the business world as an entrepreneur, which led to a focus on high tech and software solutions.
